Distribution Announcement

With immediate effect, Trade Counter Distribution LTD will take over operations from Marston Orca (UID) as the distributor of Arcturus print books to customers in all territories, excluding the USA and Canada, providing fulfilment, warehousing, order processing and credit control services.

The transition from Marston Orca (who went into administration on 24 July 2024) to Trade Counter is already underway. However, there will be an unavoidable period of disruption to navigate while our stocks are transferred to the new warehouse and the requisite title information and customer accounts are set up.

We are working to minimise the duration and impact of this process, and ask you please to bear with us while we undertake this work. More and more titles will become available over the coming weeks, starting with key frontlist and newly released titles. Back orders which were recorded by Marston Orca before 24 July will be transferred to Trade Counter unless otherwise agreed.
